Churup Lagoon
Description
Churup Lagoon is located just a few kilometers from Huaraz. Getting there is easy; you must enter from the town of Pitec and continue a hike up to 4450 meters above sea level, from where you can appreciate both the lagoon and the snow-capped mountain of the same name. This place is ideal for those who wish to practice Trekking or Mountaineering as it offers a varied terrain of rock and earth.
