Surfing at El Ñuro Beach

Playa El Ñuro is one of the most interesting resorts located in northern Peru. El Ñuro is situated in the district of Los Organos, in Talara, Piura, and is an attractive point of visit for those interested in surfing.

Unlike its neighboring beaches, Playa El Ñuro does not have a high number of visitors, with a maximum of five surfers per day, possibly due to the access it requires.

The waves at El Ñuro, like those of its neighboring beaches, are lefts and of the Point Break type. To conquer the best waves at Playa El Ñuro, it is recommended to visit the resort between the months of October and March.

Although Playa El Ñuro is less popular than other resorts in Talara, it is recommended that those who surf its waves on their boards be athletes of intermediate level and above.
