Surfing at Cerro Azul Beach

Cerro Azul Beach is one of the attractive beaches in Peru, ideal for surfing. This beach is located on the central coast, in the department of Lima.

Wave type:

• The breaking waves are very calm.
• It has several sections and allows for risky maneuvers.
• Left wave, tubular, breaks in front of the resort.
• Next to the pier, a spectacular right wave breaks, a fast, strong, and tubular wave.

Season: Strong current, very cold in winter and very hot in summer.

How to get there?

Cerro Azul Beach is located at kilometer 132 on the Pan-American Surf Highway. You can access it at kilometer 121 of the Pan-American South.
