📝 Route Description
Bodyboarding is an adventure sport linked to the discipline of surfing, mainly practiced on the beaches of Lurín, which have the ideal tide for practicing this adventure sport. You only need a polystyrene board and lie on it as if you were going to sleep, then slide along the wave face.
Different maneuvers can be performed, but the most well-known are: prone, dropknee, and stand-up. Among these, the prone position is the most widespread and characterizes this outdoor sport. Additionally, within Lurín, there is a local club called "Ola Fuerte" that organizes championships, inviting athletes from all over Peru.
