Returns

About product return:

• Don Regalo will accept any exchange that is properly justified, within the first 5 hours of delivery.
• If the customer wishes, they can exchange the product for another one; otherwise, the amount will be refunded through a bank deposit (no cash payments are made). If the payment was made with a credit card, the transaction will be canceled within 2 business days.

About order cancellation or changes:

• Don Regalo will accept the cancellation of an order without any inconvenience as long as it is done with 6 hours' notice before the gift delivery.
• The cancellation must be made by phone at the numbers 221936 and through an email. Please use both methods to cancel the order to have a record via email.
• After contacting the customer, a confirmation email will be sent regarding the order cancellation.
• For changes in the order:
  • Orders for the next day: Changes are accepted until 4 pm.
  • Orders for Monday: Changes are accepted until Saturday at 11 am.
