Lunahuana Ecofest 2018 promises a weekend overflowing with adrenaline and excitement, this festival is aimed at all people who want to break away from routine and venture out to explore nature and live a weekend to the fullest.
This event will take place on June 2 and 3, and is located in Lunahuaná in the province of Cañete just 2 hours from the city of Lima, the Lunahuana Ecofest 2018 festival presents us with two days of fun, where you can enjoy the best sports activities and everything you need to live an unforgettable experience.
The Sports and Ecoadventure Festival is an extra reason to visit the tourist capital of Cañete, famous for its piscos and wines, its delicious shrimp (no longer in closed season), and its fast rivers that make it one of the main rafting destinations in the country.
For 29 years, this event has been organized by the Latin American Association of Adventure Sports (Aldea), a pioneer in the promotion and dissemination of ecoadventure activities in the country, which are characterized by their strong commitment to the environment. For this reason, talks on the conservation of the Cañete River and the environment will be given to the entire population, schools, guides, travel agencies, restaurants, and hotels in order to raise awareness about the importance of the Cañete River and its care.
The program of activities includes the canoeing championship (rafting), the always exciting Slackline exhibition, rappelling, a university camping area, and, of course, the possibility of crossing the river on a canopy.
